In this scene, Cora and Yves have just... taken care of some bad guys and now they are having to deal with the aftermath. It's such an emotionally charged scene, I knew I needed to bring it to life.
BTW, I would NOT call Cora and Yves 'enemies to lovers'. (That's right, folks! This is a romantasy that doesn't use that trope. BE SHOCKED.) However, both Cora and Yves come from very different worlds, and because of that, they have very different points of view.
